At our GP practice repeat prescriptions can be requested by telephone via the 'recipe line' or online via our patients environment.
- Request repeat prescription via telephone
To request repeat prescriptions by telephone you call the general practice number. You will hear a selection menu and choose the option Repeat prescriptions.
You can record your repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day.
- Request repeat prescription online
To request repeat prescriptions online you use our patients environment.
When you have an account you can, via the icon Repeat prescription or the icon Patients environment at the homepage, log in to your patient environment.
You can submit your repeat prescriptions online 24 hours a day.
If you do not have an account yet, you can request it via the page Log in.
To request a repeat prescription you must be registered at our GP practice and the medication you order must already been prescripted to you by your general practitioner or other medical specialist.
When we have received your request on a working day before 12.00 hours and without further notice from us, your prescription will be available after two working days after 16.00 hours at the pharmacy you selected.
If using the 'recipe line' or submitting online is difficult for you, you can request your repeat prescriptions via the GP practice assistant.
This can be done, preferably in the morning, by telephone via the general practice number or at the GP practice at the reception.
Also you can put the empty box of your repeat medication in the basket on the counter.
